Therapy for Trauma
In my work with trauma, I integrate traditional talk therapy with a body-centered approach grounded in my training in Somatic Experiencing® — a gentle, yet effective method developed to support the nervous system in restoring its natural rhythm of regulation and resilience. Trauma isn’t just stored in our thoughts; it often lives in the body. This approach helps you reconnect with your internal experience by paying close attention to sensations, movements, and subtle cues that can guide the healing process.
Rather than retelling traumatic events in detail, we focus on building awareness of the present-moment experience and tracking shifts in the nervous system. Sessions are collaborative and paced to support a sense of stability and connection, offering an environment that feels grounded, attuned, and respectful of your unique timing. Over time, this work can help you release held survival energy, increase your capacity to tolerate stress, and cultivate a deeper sense of agency, presence, and ease in your body and life.

Therapy for Anxiety
Anxiety can show up in many forms — racing thoughts, chronic tension, difficulty sleeping, a sense of overwhelm, or a constant feeling of being on edge. While anxiety often seems rooted in the mind, it is also a physiological experience, shaped by the state of our nervous system. In our work together, we’ll explore not only the thought patterns that contribute to anxiety but also how it lives in your body. By combining talk therapy with somatic practices, we can begin to untangle the deeper patterns of stress and reactivity that may be keeping you stuck in cycles of fear or hypervigilance.
Through my training in Somatic Experiencing®, I support clients in learning how to recognize and shift the body’s responses to perceived threat. Sessions might include tracking sensations, slowing down moments of activation, and learning practical tools for grounding and self-regulation. This approach helps build a stronger capacity to tolerate discomfort without becoming overwhelmed, so that over time, anxiety no longer feels like it’s running the show. Instead, you can begin to feel more calm, centered, and in control — both mentally and physically.

Therapy for Self Discovery
You don’t need to be in crisis to begin therapy. Many people come to this work with a desire to better understand themselves — to explore their inner world, patterns, values, and longings. Therapy for self-discovery is an invitation to slow down and listen more deeply to who you are beneath the noise of daily life, past conditioning, and external expectations. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, seeking more meaning in your relationships, or simply curious about your authentic self, this process can support you in reconnecting with what feels true and alive.
In our work together, I offer a space that’s grounded and attuned, where you can bring your questions, insights, and uncertainties. Drawing on somatic practices and my training in Somatic Experiencing®, we’ll explore not only your thoughts and emotions but also the felt sense of your experience — the subtle signals your body offers that can lead to greater clarity and inner alignment. This approach helps deepen your relationship with yourself, build trust in your inner knowing, and support you in living with more presence, purpose, and self-compassion.
