In a somatic-focused session, guided by Somatic Experiencing®, we’ll gently bring attention to the body’s sensations, using them as a guide to process stress, trauma, or emotional overwhelm. Rather than focusing only on thoughts or stories, we work with your nervous system to help restore balance, build resilience, and support healing at a deeper level. Sessions are paced to support safety and regulation, and you remain in control of the process throughout.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice will be charged the full session fee.
